Printed Vinyl Eco Solvent UV Laminate + Die Cut

Description

We offer printing of our Printed Vinyl Eco Solvent UV Laminate + Die Cut so you can stand out from the rest with commercial quality images and logos. Our Vinyl Prints are Water Proof and UV Stable for outdoor use.

Size – 460mm wide per metre or 1.5 ( Message for larger widths and lengths).  – Outer contour cut, supplied continuous length. Includes UV Laminate which adds an extra 3-year life and for application of areas where continuous touching is required or permanently outdoors.

Die Cut/Perf Cut – Sticker can be cut to the outer shape of the sticker for an additional $30 per metre. This makes for a premium sticker if on-selling as can be sold individually with a neat appearance.

File Format – Ai, Eps, Png or Pdf files are required if not wanting white outline around image. We also accept Original Jpegs for Photo prints. Please check all images before sending as pixilated images will not be printed and admin fee may be charged.

Delivery – Printed Vinyl’s will be either cut down to fit in flat boxes for delivery or if ordered by the metre will be sent as a roll. Detailed weeding is not available for the product, we recommend a small white edge to you images.

Application

Clean surface with alcohol (Easy Prep can be purchased from our tools section).

We recommend a felt squeegee for application of larger stickers. (Squeegees can be purchased from our tools section).

Carrier is not required or supplied.  We will supply an application mask with all detailed weeded stickers if has been discussed only.

Hand wash only – NOT dishwasher safe.

Eco-solvent Vinyl generally results in a brighter and clearer print because it requires a specific type of ink. Eco-solvents are biodegradable and have virtually no odour. With better print quality and eco-friendly principles.
