Direct To Film Prints – Ready for You to Press – Hot Peel

Elevate your clothing with our high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints, offering commercial-grade images and logos. Our DTF prints come with a heat transfer base and are supplied on film for easy pressing. For best results, use a heat press and pressing pillows for even pressure.

File Requirements:

• High-resolution vector formats are best: Vector PDF, EPS, PNG (300dpi), or AI files only.
• No background (transparent).
• JPEGs must be original photos, not downloaded or received via social media.
• Screenshots and low-resolution images cannot be printed; image vectorization may be required.

Gang Sheets:

• Fill the whole page up with as many images as will fit.

• use the File builder to duplicate the same file in different sizes

Turnaround Time:

• Prints are ready for collection or delivery within 48 business hours.
• For next-day service, ensure print-ready files are sent and paid by 5 PM and 1pm on Saturdays, in notes request urgent order.
• We start printing from 7am Monday to Friday – We don’t print on weekends.

Pressing Instructions:

1. Set heat press temperature to 150°C (Polyester and Neoprene: 130°C).
2. Pre-press garment to release moisture.
3. Press with firm pressure for 6 seconds.
4. Remove the carrier film.
5. Perform a 6-second final press.
6. Use Teflon on top of the film when pressing.

Washing Instructions:

• Turn garment inside out and wash in cold water.
• Do not iron directly on the image.
• Garment may be tumble dried on low heat.
